The spirits created at our Niagara Distillery come from freshly ripened fruit, straight from our farm.
Our small batch fruit spirits use the freshly fallen fruit collected on our farms at our Ontario Distillery. Using this incredible fruit not only reduces food waste, it supports farmers and families while protecting the farmland and rich soils of the Niagara Region for the generations to come.

There’s a reason we call it Tender Fruit. Peaches, Nectarines, Pears, Plums, Apricots and Cherries bruise easily. Grocery store consumers are particular in what they purchase; the ripest, juiciest and sweetest fruit often goes to waste. We’ve changed that by creating a fine, top shelf local Spirit in Niagara.
